1. The learned counsel for the petitioner, has at the outset, made a limited prayer to the extent that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10.07.2021, passed by the District Agriculture Officer, Rohtas, which is pending consideration before the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, be directed to be disposed off, expeditiously. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that in case the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be disposed off, by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
