Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.310 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 365, 364 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown and the allegation in brief against the petitioner is that the renters of the petitioner killed the deceased and thereafter the petitioner disposed of the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired only in his confessional statement and of a co-accused but the allegation of killing is not against him, neither the petitioner had any knowledge regarding disposing of the dead body from his premises and he has no criminal antecedent.

No.55039 of 2017 (5) dt.23-01-2018 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Sandeep Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.310 of 2017, G.R. No.4130 of 2017.
