Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the IPC.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.3.2018 and the impugned order goes to show that name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused Tufani Yadav and Sanoj Yadav. However, the aforesaid co-accused Tufani Yadav and Sanoj Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate benches of this court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

No.43736 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhagalpur in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case no. 369/2016.
