The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with (Industrial Area) Buxar P.S. Case no. 11 of 2019, registered under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in course of returning of Abhay Singh, brother of the informant, Ronu Singh @ Prithvi Singh stopped his motorcycle and started abusing and assaulting him saying that as to why he has burnt the vehicle. Thereafter, informant's brother returned to his house and

No.16405 of 2019(4) dt.20-06-2019 2/3 narrated the incident to the informant then informant along with his brother Ajeet Singh and Abhay Singh went to the house of Prithvi Singh @ Ronu Singh, Hareram @ Bajrangi Singh, Sanjay Singh and Dinesh Singh then they started to abuse. In the meantime, Prithvi Singh @ Ronu Singh shot fire at the chest of Ajeet Singh. At that time, they also snatched locket from the neck of his brother.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, Prithvi Singh @ Ronu Singh shot fire at the chest of Ajeet Singh, brother of the informant and the petitioner, being the family members of Prithvi Singh @ Ronu Singh have falsly been implicated in this case. Further submission is that one communicating fire arm injury was found on the person of injured. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section
