Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was settled as per the terms of settlement but the action has not been taken by the parties. He further submits that on the next date of hearing, he will try to produce the demand draft of Rs. 1 Lakh 80 Thousand in the name of opposite party no. 2 as per the terms of settlement.

In case the petitioner produces the demand draft of Rs. 1 Lakh 80 Thousand on the next date of hearing, this Court will proceed further in the matter.
