Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is a counter case lodged being Madhepura PS Case No 42 of 2015 from the side of the petitioners wherein the informant is alleged to have assaulted the younger brother of the petitioners who are all neighbours and because of that dispute, such unwarranted allegations are being made. There is dispute amongst the neighbours and that is the reason for these cases. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18250 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura PS Case No 41 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
