Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(i)(b)1A, 27 and 37(b)(i) of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that for land dispute, he assaulted with Garassa causing injury on the arm of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017 and the Doctor has found abrasion on the arm of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58594 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kharik P.S.Case No. 59 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
