Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the informant himself jumped from the roof causing injury to himself. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41787 of 2018. Petitioner has got fair antecedent and is in custody since 29.03.2018.

Case No. 10 of 2016.
