Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor. Submission is that the house is occupied by other family members also. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
