The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 114/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that he along with Piyush Kumar was going to Bettiah and on their way the petitioner along with other accused persons intercepted them. Petitioner and others are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing causing injury to the informant.

It is submitted that Piyush Kumar did not see any person. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27058 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant made allegation that the petitioner made indiscriminate firing causing injury to the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
