SMT. SUCHETA YADAV ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 200 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedents and are in custody since 13.9.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52117 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the satisfaction of Special Judge, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 read with Special Case No. 6010 of 2017.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
