ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.05.2018 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the marriage of the victim-girl has taken place within seven years of her marriage in connection with with demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial be expedited.
