Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No. 439 of 2019 GR No. 4115/2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sword on his head, as a result of which he sustained head injury and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. The informant has received only one injury which is simple in nature. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 439 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
