Petitioner has got criminal antecedent was apprehended along with others from whose possession countrymade pistol has been recovered. So far petitioner is concerned, it has been alleged that he was carrying a plastic bag wherefrom 2 Kg. of ganja has been seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it happens to be lesser than commercial quantity and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.06.2017. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the same.
