Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Rail P. S. Case No.251 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is named in the first information report, but admittedly, the informant gave written report after eight days of the alleged occurrence and the victim claimed to have identified the petitioner on the basis of his photograph sent by the informant through mobile phone. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 06.12.2019 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

No.18434 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway) Sonpur (Saran) in connection with Siwan Rail P. S. Case No.251 of 2019.
