2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the Devar of the victim.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is in jail since 13.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19792 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022.
