20.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration that only 30 liters of country liquor has been seized from the petitioner. There is no antecedent, as stated in the bail application and further undertaking has been given that petitioner will not indulge in any kind of illegal activity on enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with G.O. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36077 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 379 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
