1. The petitioner had applied for the post of Resource Teacher under Samaweshi Shiksha Scheme. He challenges the order dated 07.11.2014, whereby his appointment was not approved by the District Programme Officer after the report of the committee to examine the record of the concerned persons selected earlier. The committee found that the certificate of CP-2 had not been filed. Although, the petitioner has placed the degree of CP-2 on record dated 11.12.2014, the same has been procured after the passing of the order dated 07.11.2014,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10859 of 2015(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 cancelling the appointment made earlier. In view thereof, the said certificate would not be right in favour of the petitioner.
