JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144,148,149,341,323,324,325,326,307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27,29 and 30 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that twenty persons including the petitioners came armed with gun, farsa and lathi, out of whom co accused Deepak Singh, Vikash alias Bhim, Rajeev, Praveen and Jhagroo resorted to firing causing injury to the informant and three others. Subsequently, injured Murari succumbed to the injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of firing is not alleged against the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29827 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 and there is counter version of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class IV, Patna City in connection with Gourichak P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
