Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were not properly communicated about the order dated 17.12.2018 and as such they could not surrender before the court below within time.

Considering the aforesaid, the time for surrender is extended up to 23.4.2019.

With the aforesaid, the present application is allowed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15713 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 and disposed of. The other condition in the order dated 17.12.2018 shall remain same.
