The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No., 173/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners who are the brothers of the husband of the deceased and considering the

No.27625 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 general and omnibus allegations against them and also considering the fact that they are junior members of the family, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 173/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
