Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 426 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 325, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in short is that on 06.07.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20565 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/3 at about 4:00PM, at evening, the husband of the informant was getting measurement of the land done in the meantime the accused persons armed with Lathi and rod came there and try to obstruct the measurement and on protest, the accused Kari Singh assaulted the husband of the informant and due to which he sustained head injury thereafter the accused Vikram Singh assaulted with butt of the Kudal which caused fracture on his leg and accused Sonu Kumar assaulted with iron rod to the husband of the informant and on protest accused Karu Singh snatched the Mangal Sutra and golden chain worth Rs. 45,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2022 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya/concerned Court below in
