2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Amdanda P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case, as per the FIR, is that on 12.11.2025 at about 8:00 AM, while the informant was working at her door, a dispute arose when her goat went near the petitioner's house. Thereafter, the petitioner started abusing her. On protest, the accused persons assaulted the informant. The petitioner allegedly hit her with an iron rod causing head injury and unconsciousness, while co-accused Khusboo Devi snatched her gold locket. It is further alleged that co-accused Anil Kumar

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is land dispute between the parties. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. No witness has supported the occurrence.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner Sujeet Kumar Singh with iron rod on the head of the informant, causing head injury and also taking notice of the conduct of the petitioner of having not disclosing the criminal antecedent before the learned court below, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
