JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Bahera P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution and the accused are close agnates and live in the same house having a common Angan. There appears to be a dispute among family members, which resulted into assault. Both the sides were injured. Unfortunately one died. There is no direct allegation so far as these two ladies are concerned.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners, namely, Munni Devi and Dropadi Devi be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18574 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
