Petitioner seeks bail in Vibhutipur P.S. Case No.292 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 16.875 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
