Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015. The court below shall admit the petitioner to bail and accept the bond provisionally. He shall issue notice to the wife on the address appearing in the First Information Report. The notice shall be issued through the Officer-in-Charge of Mahila police station, Arrah and on appearance of the spouses before him on the date fixed, the learned S.D.J.M. shall talk to the petitioner and his wife in confidence and attempt to find out as to what was the reason for the marriage having run into the rough weathers. After the learned S.D.J.M. had identified the creases in the relationship, he shall by talking to the parties try to reconcile them to their

In case the petitioner was found taking very difficult position by placing unreasonable conditions for taking the lady back or if he refused to take the lady back, he shall be remanded to custody by cancelling the bond. In case the lady was found behaving unreasonably in placing unacceptable demands then the bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed.

With the above observations, this petition stands disposed of.

Till the conciliation proceedings are carried out, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be extended from time to time. As soon as the parties reconcile to their married status, the court below shall try to obtain a compromise petition from the parties and dispose of the case within a reasonable time.
