ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2018 in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and it was not known as to how the said recovery was attributed to him from the locked house from where the recovery was made. It is further submitted that no incriminating article was recovered and, therefore, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.
