The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are distant relations of the husband. Admittedly, the marriage was solemnized more than eight years ago. Parents of the husband have already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9922 of 2019.
Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16593 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/2 period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 302 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
