Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa or any other Magistrate who could be seized with Sourbazar (Patraghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 493 of 2014. The court below shall consider that other accused persons had been admitted to anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court which appears from the copies of orders annexed with this petition as Annexure2 series. As other accused similarly situated had been admitted to bail, the court below shall admit the petitioner to bail on execution of a bond to its own satisfaction.

With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of.
