KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P. S. Case No. 184 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of keeping stolen motorcycle, which was recovered by police.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is the bonafide purchaser of the motorcycle after giving consideration money of Rs.40,000/-, out of total consideration money of Rs.1,10,000/-, to Salman Ali, and the remaining amount was to be paid after having complete papers of the motorcycle. At the instance of Salman Ali, the motorcycle was recovered from his house, which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59596 of 2017(3) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 according to prosecution is a stolen one.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XI, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P. S. Case No. 184 of 2017.
