Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though, allegation of recovery of liquor is from river side, however, considering the long list of criminal antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siswan Police Station Case No. 206 of 2018,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16448 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
