JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case pertains to appointment on the post of Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) in pursuance to the advertisement published in the year 2011, however, he is not aware with regard to the present position, especially on account of lapse of about 10 years, since the present writ petition was filed, nonetheless, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the selection process in question has already been completed long back, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. It is further submitted that even otherwise, the petitioner had not qualified in the selection process on account of him having got lesser marks than the
