JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 504, 337 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the allegation of specific overt act against the petitioners stand supported from the injury found by the Doctor on the injured person, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering before the Court below and praying for regular bail.
