JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the sister of the informant committed suicide due to the torture inflicted by the accused persons including the petitioner after eleven years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to the illness and the informant has retracted from the initial version. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th Saran at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22656 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Chapra.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
