The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2018 in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the first information report, the petitioner was taken into custody on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by Dinesh Choudhary who has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 13.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17170 of 2017. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and till date no T.I. Parade has been held.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42471 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015.
