The petitioner is in custody in connection with C.A. Case No.879 of 2014, a case under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the victim girl has alleged her kidnapping by the petitioner and others. However, perusal of overall statement, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., would reveal that the matter is of love-affairs.

Submission is that under pressure of the parents, she has leveled allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51497 of 2017 (6) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
