====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Heard Sri Prabhu Narayan Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Navendu Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.434 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 302/34/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. there is no specific accusation against the petitioner save and except that it was disclosed by the informant that the occurrence had taken place as per direction of the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19083 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 also perused the materials available on record. In view of facts and circumstances I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
