The petitioner has been in custody since 23.06.2018 in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 1 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/409/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was one of the persons appointed on the post of Laboratory Technician vide Memo No. 1830(4), Patna, dated 30.09.2011 by the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna (Annexure - 2). It is further submitted that after the joining of the petitioner on the post, certain degrees were verified and found to be genuine. However, all of a sudden, false and malicious charge has been levelled against him and he has now been taken into custody. It is

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
