15-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was land dispute in between the parties and even prior to lodging of the present F.I.R., one F.I.R. was lodged against son of the informant of the present case, as per instance of the petitioner's side. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, however; the allegation was made against the son of the petitioner.

No.19158 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely; Mojamil Mian @ Majamil Ansari be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
