Petitioners apprehend arrest in Bhabua (Sonhan) Police Station (PS) Case No 246 of 2016 instituted under Sections 379/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is that allegedly the informant's wheat crop was being illegally harvested by the petitioners by means of a harvester. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge wherein he has already noticed that there are title suits pending amongst the parties and there is a subsisting land dispute between the parties.
