Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 registered under Sections 376 of the I.P.C. and 4/6 of the POSCO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the instant case, F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. The Medical Report reflects that the victim girl is major and there is no sign of rape. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
