2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.12.2017, some unknown miscreants set the biscuit factory of the informant on fire due to which many articles of the factory got burnt.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submits that name of the petitioner got transpired during course of investigation and he has got 4

6. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
