====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Laheri PS Case No. 97 of 2018 registered under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that some unknown person snatched chain of the informant in the morning and one Pintu Kumar was apprehended later on who confessed his guilt and stated that the chain was given to the petitioner and the police recovered the chain in two parts.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner of snatching the chain, the recovery is said to be from Muskan Jewelry in which the petitioner is a gold smith, he is not owner of the shop, the chain was also not identified to be the snatched chain and he was not put on TIP and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arbind Kumar @ Arvind Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 98 of 2018.
