Pursuant to order dated 31.08.2016 and in terms of order dated 29.08.2016, supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5, who is also present in the Court. Perusal of the affidavit filed today on his behalf discloses payment of admitted dues, barring Rs. 51,862/- for which it is submitted that the same shall be made once the fund is allotted by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhagalpur, to whom a letter has also been written on 03.10.2016. Detailed chart of the payments and adjustments has also been annexed to the affidavit. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.4090 of 2012 dt.18-10-2016 disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to ensure that the said amount is paid to the petitioner within three weeks from today.

The respondent no. 5, who is present in Court, assures that the same shall be done.
