By way of present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek quashing of the First Information Report of Buxar Town P.S.Case No. 190 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.
