JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of fake certificate he was appointed on the post of teacher. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the year 2011 his certificate was verified, which was found genuine (Annexure-2). However, in the year 2019 against the same was verified and found to be fake and he was terminated from service.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances and as petitioner has been terminated from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22316 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 service, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on surrender he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No. 07 of 2019, G.R.No. 48 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that the petitioner has to co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
