2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Title Suit No. 84 of 2017 has been decreed in favour of the plaintiffs/respondents 1st. The petition filed by the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected by the impugned order dated 09.02.2024 and against which the petitioners have filed the present Civil Miscellaneous petition before this Court and prays that the matter may be disposed of.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to

4. Permission is accorded.
