The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/471/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation against the petitioner being Branch Manager of Mahnar Bazar branch of Central Bank of India is that he transferred Rs.2,93,621/- from the nominal account to the accounts of his family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to lack of technical knowledge of transfer of amount through computer, the said transfer was made but the said transfer was reverted back prior to lodging of the present case. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26755 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.137 of 2014, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
