The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 342, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is apparent from the First Information Report itself that the whole dispute arose out of an alleged theft of a goat, Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Yogendra Mukhiya @ Bhattan Mukhiya and Lalit Mukhiya, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand
