2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuil P.S. case No. 2 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant got information that his brother was assaulted by the accused persons on the door of this petitioner, upon which the informant wen at the place of occurrence and found his injured brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence. Learned counsel further submitted that from perusal of the order of the trial Court, it appears that the injured received three lacerated wound on the parietal region, a lacerated wound at above knee joint is opined to the simple in nature and 3-D scan report reflects the fracture of Nasal bone which is grievous in nature. Learned counsel further submitted that victim got injured after committing the occurrence for which Kuil P.S. Case No. 3 of 2024 was filed by the petitioner's family member. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2024 and has three criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kuil P.S. case No. 2 of 2024.
